Refund & Exchange Policy

At PRÊT-À-BABY, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines your options for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns & Exchange Period

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the garment.

  • Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, and in line with industry standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments or innerwear.

  • Hair accessories (headbands, clips).

  • Items purchased on “Final Sale” or during clearance events (unless defective).

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Karachi.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for packing the item securely and shipping it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like TCS, Leopards, or M&P), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer/Mobile Wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) depending on your preference.

  • Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to sizing issues or personal preference, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged product or an incorrect order, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges, or arrange for a free replacement.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Alternatively, contact our support team, and we can arrange a direct exchange subject to stock availability. Please note that customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the original item was defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with photos of the defect. We will prioritize your case and offer a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
